OPINION
MATHIAS, Judge.
Constantinos P. Angelopoulos ("Con-stantinos") appeals the orders of the Porter Superior Court dismissing his claims against Theodore P. Angelopoulos ("Theodore"), Neptunia Ince. ("Neptunia"), Trans-mar Corp. ("Transmar"), Didiac Establish ment ("Didiac"), Beta Steel Corp. ("Beta *692Steel"), and Top Gun Investments Corp. II ("Top Gun"). All of Constantinos's claims are based on his allegation that he is entitled to a portion of the shares of Beta Steel as an heir under his late father's estate, which was administered in Greece.
