Statement of the Case

[1] Janet Freels appeals the trial court's dismissal of her complaint against James F. Koches and Sunset Builders, Inc. (collectively, "Sunset"). Freels raises a single issue for our review, namely, whether the trial court erred when it dismissed her complaint *342 pursuant to the doctrine of res judicata. We affirm.
