Came on for consideration before the Court the motion of defendants, Clarence Thomas (Thomas), Lorenzo Ramirez (Ramirez), Gene R. Renslou (Renslou), Eliazar Salinas (Salinas), Ed Elizondo (Elizondo) and Carol Hawkins (Hawkins), to dismiss. Plaintiff, Celia Lage (Lage) brought this action alleging discrimination and retaliation, under § 717 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as added by § 11 of the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-16, as well as common law assault.
