Hiney Printing Company appeals, and Jeannine Brantner cross-appeals, the district court’s grant of summary judgment in part to .Hiney Printing and in part to Brantner in this ERISA action seeking enforcement of the terms of the subrogation and reimbursement provisions of Hi- ney’s employee benefit plan. For the following reasons, we affirm the district court.
