RUARK, Presiding Judge.

This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered in favor of the defendant.

Plaintiff sued to recover damages occasioned to a dwelling house because of blasting and explosives used by defendant in the construction of a sewer project. These facts appear from the petition, admissions, and answers to interrogatories on the part of plaintiff: One Rector and wife were the owners of the property. Plaintiff held a note in the amount of six thousand five hundred dollars which was secured by mortgage deed of trust on the property. The damage caused by the blasting occurred…
