—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him upon a jury verdict of two counts each of sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [3]) and endangering the welfare of a child (Penal Law § 260.10 [1]). We reject the contention of defendant that he was denied effective assistance of counsel (see generally, People v Baldi, 54 NY2d 137, 147). The instances of alleged ineffective assistance merely involve defendant’s retrospective disagreement with defense counsel’s trial strategy (see, People v Benevento, 91 NY2d 708, 712-713).
