Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting him after a jury trial of burglary in the first degree (Penal Law § 140.30 [3]), sodomy in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.50 [1]), two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree (Penal Law § 130.65 [1]), and two misdemeanor offenses.
