Arthur S. Klein, attorney for plaintiff, Celestine Ford, appeals an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania entered May 17, 1985, assessing attorneys’ fees and costs against him. This Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291. We are asked to decide whether the district court abused its discretion in awarding attorneys’ fees. We hold that, for a portion of appellees’ legal services, it was not an abuse of discretion for the district court to grant attorneys’ fees. We also hold…
