Thomas Kirwin and Dianne Kirwin (collectively “the Kirwins”) appeal from the order entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, which granted the motion for summary judgment filed by Sussman Automotive d/b/a Suss-man Mazda and Eric Sussman (collectively “Sussman”). After careful review, we affirm.
