This is an appeal and cross-appeal from the Athens County Court of Common Pleas involving the application of Ohio’s Retail Installment Sales Act (“RISA”), R.C. 1317.01 et seq., to the sale of a mobile home to appellant, Shirley Winchell. The facts are not in dispute.

On March 25,1987, Thomas and Shirley Winchell purchased a used 1986 mobile home from appellee and cross-appellant, Glouster Community Bank (“Glouster”).
