We are here concerned with the questions of redemption, cotenancy and contribution, especially as to the effect of redemption from a foreclosure sale by the owner of an undivided interest in the oil and gas, where the remainder of such interest is held by the owner of the land, the mortgage being the obligation of the common grantors.
