Justice MOORE:

This is a workers’ compensation case. We granted a writ of certiorari to review the Court of Appeals’ decision reversing the commission’s award of total disability. 1 We reverse.

FACTS

Petitioner Ellison was working full-time when he fractured his left leg in an on-the-job forklift accident. He was given a 20% permanent impairment rating to the leg.
