OPINION AND ORDER

DOMINGUEZ, District Judge.

Pending before the Court is Royal Insurance Company of America’s Motion for Summary Judgment on the Grounds of Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction. (Docket No. 170). Through said motion, Royal insists that this Court lacks subject matter jurisdiction over the instant claim provided that plaintiffs have failed to properly support their allegations of diversity and/or federal question.
