The appellants filed their bill of complaint in the Circuit Court of Orange County against appellee for the purpose of requiring appellee to allow a preference to a claim of appellants, and impress certain funds in his hands with a trust. The State Bank of Orlando and Trust Company failed to open on August 5, 1929, and the year for filing claims pursuant to Section 18 of Chapter 13576, Acts 1929, expired September 28th, 1930.
