Both parties appealed from the decree in this cause. It is a suit in chancery by Marion H. Sanderson, representing herself and Mary A. S. Sanderson, an infant, as distributees of the estate of John P. Sanderson, the deceased intestate, against the defendants, I/Engle and Hartridge, his administrators. She sues in her own right, and as guardian of her infant daughter, Mary A. *S. Sanderson. The bill was filed in February, A.
