In this adversary proceeding, the chapter 7 trustee, Paul I. Krohn (the “Trustee”) seeks to recover a one-half interest in cooperative apartments 2L, 2U, and 4M located at 44-14 Newtown Road, Astoria, N.Y. (the “Apartments”) from Robert Burton.
