OPINION
LECHNER, District Judge.
This action was brought by Environmental Tectonics Corporation, International (“ETC”) against W.S. Kirkpatrick, Inc. and certain other corporations and individuals. *1385ETC seeks damages in connection with the award of a contract which contract ETC alleges was procured in violation of antitrust and racketeering laws. Defendants have moved to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a claim upon which relief may be granted.
