The case before this Court involves the determination of eligibility for benefits pursuant to the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400 et seq. (“IDEA”). The Bristol Warren Regional School District (the “School”) has appealed the Administrative Decision (the “Decision”) of an Impartial Due Process Hearing Officer (the “Hearing Officer”) which requires the School to provide its student, S.E., with (1) special education in a residential school placement, and (2) twenty-one weeks of compensatory education.
