This action was commenced by defendant in error to quiet title to certain real property, seeking in connection therewith the cancellation of certain tax deeds.
Defendant Claussen answered claiming title under said tax deed, and particularly a correction tax deed, and pleaded the statute of limitation, under section 9746, 1926 Supplement to C. O. S. 1921 (12754, O. S. 1931) ; under section 9753, C. O. S. 1921 (12763, O. S. 1931), and subdivision 3, section 183, C. O. S. 1921 (99, O. S. 1931).
