Court of Appeals of Maryland
1Opinion of the Court
ADKINS, Judge.
The Attorney Grievance Commission of Maryland, acting through Bar Counsel, filed a Petition for Disciplinary or Remedial Action against Respondents Renard D. Johnson and Will Purcell. Bar Counsel alleged that Respondent Johnson violated Maryland Rules of Professional Conduct (“MRPC”) 1.15(b) 1 , 5.1(b) and (c) 2 , 5.3(b) and (c) 3 , and 8.4(a) and (c) 4 and that Respondent Purcell violated MRPC 1.15(b) and 8.4(a) and (c). These allegations stemmed from Respondents’ involvement in a “lease/buy-back” agreement regarding residential real property.
