MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
GARZA, Chief Judge.
On March 15,1978, the Plaintiffs, agricultural field laborers, filed a Complaint pursuant to the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201-219 [hereinafter the “FLSA”]. The named Plaintiffs alleged *615that the Defendants, comprising the crew leaders who are farm labor contractors, the corporate harvester and packer, and the grower of the crops in question, failed to pay the Plaintiffs the average hourly minimum wage of $2.65 per hour.
