Cureton, Judge:

The appellant, William R. Palmer (Palmer) initiated this action by petitioning the South Carolina Alcoholic Beverage *248Control Commission (Commission) for a permit to sell beer and wine in his establishment known as Kuntry Korner. The Commission denied the permit on the ground that the location of the business was unsuitable. On appeal of the Commission’s decision to the circuit court, the Commission’s order was affirmed.

The sole exception raised by Palmer on appeal is “That the lower court erred in affirming the Commission’s Order in that the record does not contain any evidence…
