OPINION

BAKER, Judge.

The appellants contend that they are presenting us with an issue of first impression in this State. Specifically, they ask that we answer the question whether an injured third party may maintain a cause of action directly against an alleged tort-feasor's insurance company for handling a claim in bad faith.
