This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County, which corrected and modified the award of arbitrators to allow appellee to recover under-insured motorist coverage under a policy issued by appellant, Aetna Life and Casualty Insurance Company [hereinafter “Aetna”]. This matter had been submitted to arbitration; and in a decision dated March 25,1991, the arbitrators held that appellant was not entitled to underinsured motorist benefits.
