Plaintiff, Neva A. Sulser, filed suit in the circuit court of Jackson County to recover underinsured motorist benefits from defendant, Country Mutual Insurance Company (Country Mutual). Country Mutual filed a motion for judgment on the pleadings, contending that plaintiff’s policy benefits were offset by the workers’ compensation benefits she had received. The court granted defendant’s motion, and plaintiff appealed. The appellate court reversed and remanded the cause for further proceedings. (208 Ill. App. 3d 15.)
