Plaintiffs are appealing from a directed verdict entered in favor of defendant prior to the impaneling of the jury. Certain facts relevant to decision of a controlling point of law were stipulated by the parties.

Plaintiffs commenced their action against the defendant charcoal briquette manufacturer and others 2 for the wrongful death of Anita L. Hill and injuries to Betty Jo Hill.
