This is another case of automobile striking pedestrian crossing a street at an intersection crosswalk.- Again the problem is whether plaintiff pedestrian should be held guilty of contributory negligence as a matter of law. The case was tried by the court without a jury, judgment entered for plaintiff, and defendant appeals.

Three streets cross at the intersection, which may be approached from 6'directions. The sets of signal lights controlling traffic there present a somewhat more complex situation than obtains at the ordinary intersection. It is undisputed that plaintiff started…
