— Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Clyne, J.), rendered October 29, 1982, upon a verdict convicting defendant of *991the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree. 1 As a result of information provided by two informants that defendant sold them cocaine on several occasions, police officers, on June 4, 1982, procured a warrant to search defendant’s apartment.
