HomeR FERGUSON, Judge:

Accused, after not guilty pleas, was convicted of the theft of a quantity of copper wire, the value of which was more than $50.00, in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921, and of being absent without leave, in violation of Article 86 of the Code, 10 USC § 886. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, forfeiture of $65.00 per month for twenty-four months, and confinement at hard labor for twenty-four months.
