The dispositive issue in this case is whether the trial court had subject matter jurisdiction over the plaintiffs application to confirm an arbitration award, where two of the four parties involved in a real estate transaction did not sign the contract that contained an agreement to arbitrate. The trial court dismissed the application, ruling that the lack of signatures deprived the arbitrators of authority and, consequently, the court *446lacked subject matter jurisdiction. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
