This is a suit brought by the State, for the use of Pauline Hendrichs, against the Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, surety on the bond of the administrators of the estate of her husband, John E. Hendrichs, deceased, to recover her distributive share of his estate. The declaration charges that Henry E. Hendrichs and Harry O. Ralben filed in the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore City their first and final account as administrators of the estate of John E.
