- This appeal was taken from an order of the Orphans’ Court of Baltimore City revoking the letters of administration, which had been granted to the appellant, on the, estate of Charles Leonard. Harbaugh,-and appointing-the-appellee-new administrator in his place. On July 4th, 1900, Mr. Harbaugh was found dead in a house in Baltimore which he owned and the appellant, who was a coroner, was sent for. He had the body placed in a vault in St. Peter’s Cemetery, where the mother of the deceased was buried, and left the house in charge of the police authorities, as there was no one living there. At…
