This is an equity action involving the business relations of several corporations and numerous individuals over a period of more than fifteen years. A dozen or more major transactions were thoroughly probed during the course of the trial. The abstract of the oral evidence, although in printed form, is five hundred and fifty pages in length, and it is supplemented by sixty-seven depositions and documentary exhibits, many of them very voluminous.
