On February 26, 1954, the Superior Court entered judgment by default decreeing the divorce between the plaintiff, Zayda Fernández, and her husband, Hamilton S. Davison, and awarding to the plaintiff the patria potestas and custody of the minor daughter born of the marriage, Mary Ann *247Davison Fernández.
