WASHINGTON, Chief Judge:

On May 16, 2002, the grand jury indicted appellant Steven Robinson for first-degree murder while armed. 1 Following a jury trial, the appellant was convicted of second-degree murder while armed as a lesser included offense of first-degree murder while armed.
