WALLER, Circuit Judge.

The question involved is whether, under Section 113 of Title 28 U.S.C.A.,1 the venue was properly laid in the Eastern District of Louisiana, where the suit was brought.

The defendant, Highway Insurance Underwriters, is a corporation under the laws of Texas, domiciled, according to its charter, in Austin, but in qualifying to do business in Louisiana it complied with the Louisiana statutes and appointed a resident agent in the Eastern District of Louisirma for the service of process upon it.
