In this action of contract, the plaintiff, a minor, seeks to recover from the seller the purchase price of an automobile. The answer is a general denial and payment with the further answer that the defendant never entered into a contract with the minor plaintiff, and a denial that the plaintiff is a minor with demand for proof and that the plaintiff never disaffirmed the alleged contract.
