Appellant appeals from the judgment of conviction entered on a verdict of guilty of theft by taking. His only enumeration of error concerns the denial of his motion for a directed verdict of acquittal.

Viewed in the light most favorable to the verdict, evidence was presented from which a jury could find that a woman entered a mill parking lot and observed a man standing behind an electrical contractor’s van.
