The petitioner, Stephen Debonis, appeals a decision of the Superior Court (Smukler, J.) denying his habeas corpus petition. We affirm.

*604The trial court found the following facts, which are undisputed on appeal. The petitioner was arrested on November 2, 2004, for several parole violations. His initial parole revocation hearing was scheduled for December 7, 2004, within the requisite statutory forty-five-day time period. See RSA 651-A:17 (Supp. 2005).
