CRAWFORD, Judge:

From January 5-15, 1993, a general court-martial composed of members tried appellant at Hill Air Force Base (AFB), Utah. Contrary to his pleas, appellant was convicted of conspiracy to obstruct justice, conduct unbecoming an officer (3 specifications), and wrongfully fraternizing with an enlisted woman, in violation of Articles 81, 133, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 881, 933, and 934, respectively.
