This suit was brought by O. F. Parks against W. F. Bachman, and Cotter, Truelove & Go.
The original petition, which was filed on the 12th day of September, 1885, stated plaintiff’s cause of action substantially as follows: That in July, 1884, plaintiff and defendant Bachman formed a partnership for the purpose of buying and selling grain in Alvarado, Texas, under the firm name of O.
