This Chapter 11 case was commenced on August 22, 1995. An order approving the Debtor’s disclosure statement was entered on April 2, 1996. The hearing regarding confirmation of the Debtor’s and Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors’ (“Committee”) Chapter 11 plan of reorganization was heard along with this motion.
