AMENDED FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW

JACK B. SCHMETTERER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This Adversary case came on for trial. Evidence and stipulations of fact were admitted and considered. Both parties rested and the Court heard final argument. A post trial stipulation was filed by the parties as to post-petition payments by Debtor to Connecticut General. Now therefore the Court makes and enters the following Amended Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and withdraws the original Findings and Conclusions entered December 28, 1988.
