ORDER

HORN, Judge.

Before the court is plaintiffs pro se complaint alleging violations of “Oath of Office” by the President of the United States, Vice President of the United States, Senators and members of the House of Representatives, and “asking for judgment against the United States of America in the amount of $1.00.” The defendant has filed a motion to dismiss arguing that this court lacks jurisdiction to review the plaintiffs complaint.
