Baldwin v. State
Texas Court of Appeals, 1st District (Houston)
1Opinion of the Court
OPINION
JANE BLAND, Justice.
A jury found Barbara Dean Baldwin guilty of two charges of the first degree felony offense of injury to a child. Following her convictions, the jury assessed punishment at thirty and forty years’ confinement for each charge, respectively. See Tex. Penal Code Ann. § 22.04 (Vernon Supp.2007). On appeal, Barbara challenges the legal and factual sufficiency of the evidence supporting her convictions and the trial court’s admission of testimony and a videotape concerning the victims’ forensic interviews. Finding no error, we affirm.
