HENLEY, Chief Judge.

This is a replevin suit brought by plaintiff, a Missouri corporation, against S. A. Williams, Sr., a citizen of Arkansas, and Associates Discount Corporation, an Indiana corporation, hereinafter called Discount, to recover possession of a 1959 model Insley Dragline, worth substantially more than $10,000, which was purchased by Williams from the now bankrupt Kern-Limerick, Inc., of Little Rock, Arkansas, on December 1, 1959.
