(after stating the facts as above). It is not seriously contended that claim 1 of the patent does not read upon the Wahl structure. The distinctive feature of this claim, viz. “a circular head having its periphery contacting with the tops of the pocket walls and set in from the adjacent end of the drum,” is present in the disk or ring D.
