MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
GOTTSCHALL, District Judge.
Plaintiff Michael Evans filed suit pro se against his former employer, Fluoroscan Imaging Systems, Inc., under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and under 42 U.S.C. § 1981. 1 Evans worked as a Quality Control Inspector for Fluoroscan until he was terminated on July 22, 1997.
