Application was made in this court for writ of certiorari to review the proceedings had in a certain cause in the superior court for Pierce county. An alternative writ was issued directing the respondent judge to certify to this court a transcript of the records and proceedings in the court below, or else to show cause why he should not do so. Respondent moved to quash the writ. Thereafter, the clerk of the superior court certified a transcript of the record as requested by relator, and the same was duly filed in this court.
