The Tennessee Central Railway Company has appealed in error from a judgment, based upon the verdict of a jury, against it for $5000 in favor of William H. Hayes, as damages for personal injuries sustained by Hayes from collision between an automobile truck being driven by him and a train of the company, at the crossing of Taylor street over the railway track of the company, in the City of Nashville.
